Barefoot or Yellowtail?

I don't have very many wine drinkers on my guest list. And the only wine drinkers are perfectly fine with drinking the cheaper brands. I'm actually pretty positive most of them just prefer beer but I'm making sure to get plenty of wine just in case. Like I said, my guests don't drink a lot of wine...

Like I said, my guests don't drink a lot of wine but if I ever do see them drinking any wine its either barefoot or Yellowtail. Which brand do you recommend I get?

I would never drink barefoot anything. Yellowtail is much better

Not a fan of either but would also prefer barefoot. Their champagne isn't bad.

I second @kate's suggestion. Aldi's $8 rose just won a shit ton of awards. If I had to choose between Barefoot and Yellowtail, it would be Yellowtail all day long.

Barefoot, but I agree with everyone that stated Aldi!

I agree with @AK: please have something that's not super sweet. Moscato to me tastes like sugar juice.

Barefoot definitely. There are several options that are really tasty and cheap.

I am not a fan of the yellowtail at all. I have tried a lot of the cheaper options and I cannot buy more yellowtail, I do buy a lot of barefoot.

I would never serve my guests either of these. They are both terrible.

You can find a lot of better options for the same price.

Out of the two I would go Barefoot, pretty standard and popular wine.

Also, I'm jealous of everyone who's able to buy wine from Aldi's and Trader Joes. I'm from NY where you aren't allowed to sell liquor or wine in supermarkets Smiley sad

What about Apothic Red from Costco? I think it's like $8 a bottle there. It's the best affordable wine on the market, IMHO.

I'd pick barefoot over yellowtail. And I hate $3 chuck from Trader Joe's. if you see them drinking one of the two already I'd go with whatever ends up being cheaper when you get to the store

If you have guests who are unsure about what they like, going for something light like a Moscato Spritzer. They're lighter and more like a soda pop, so it might be a good bet.

    Good luck!
