Barn wedding on a budget!

South Jersey - $2,000 for a Saturday barn rental. ($1,800 Friday, $1,600 Sunday) 5 hours. Not on a farm though. This is the cheapest I've found 'close by' with the average being 5k and up.

Catering is through them and will include tables/linens/chairs/bartender/servers/bar set up, etc., with reasonable range of pp prices.

I creeped a lot online and e-mailed several barn/farm venues in the area, and got pricing and went from there. I thought our venue would be just as high as some of the others, but they weren't. One place I thought would be a little more affordable ended up being more - plus I'd have to bring everything in from the outside. Also looked at an inn/b&b too. Good luck!

1. There are guys on this site too, and I'm sure people who don't identify either way.

2. "Barn weddings" are very trendy right now, so it's really almost impossible to find one that isn't expensive. I live in a relatively low cost of living area, and the cheapest barn venue was $10k. If you don't want to pay that much, find a different venue. ETA: im from NE ohio. We looked all over ohio and weren't able to find anything less than that (10k) for 120 people.

Our barn venue is $4500 on a Saturday...do your research!

Location location location. It depends on the demand of that venue with depend on the price.

Tori I'm in NE Ohio and we looked like 6 barn venues before we chose ours, and we're spending $4k to rent the space on a Friday. What's your budget? How far are you willing to travel? The barn we booked in my area (NC) was 3600 for a Saturday. We got a. 2 day package for a Friday and Saturday in June for 4600. Included all off the tables, chairs and the string lights.
