Bartender

I don't know the prices for bartenders in that area, we have the option of hiring one in or outside the venue. We're hiring through the venue because it's way easier and I think it's $25 an hour. Check with your caterer to see if they can provide the service, a lot of times they can. It is usually much cheaper to provide your own alcohol and mixers if they allow it. My only advice is that if you find a venue that doesn't require a licensed bartender, still hire one. This takes the liabailty off of you if (God forbid) anything happens that was caused by over consumption of alcohol. Bartenders are also there to cut people off when it is needed. Overall they just prevent a lot of stress!

A lot of times those venues will refer a preferred bartender-- otherwise if you search on here under the vendors tab there is a section for alcohol

Are you bringing in your own caterer? Often times they come with or can provide bartenders for you

I looked at a venue that required me to hire an outside bartender. Have you checked out https://www.amendment21bartending.com/ ? I was considering them before I decided on a different venue that didn't require an outside bartender.
