Does anyone know of any beach homes in the Outer Banks (North Carolina) that hosts small and intimate weddings of no more than 50 guests?

You can try looking through AirBNB and I found this link https://www.beachrealtync.com/ There are a few realty agencies that rent and some let you search houses that allow events.

I’m getting married at the grand ritz palm in Duck. They’re an all inclusive beach house, tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, and professional lighting. We are having 30 people but their house/venue can host over 100. House itself is expensive, they do 7 day rentals but they don’t charge an additional event fee like other beach houses do.
