Beautiful church in Charlotte NC for a wedding?

    With Elphaba...if you are not a member of a church, you don't need one as a backdrop. Most churches do not allow non members.

    Totally agree with the two posters above. I'm not religious but I know that churches have meaning beyond just being "beautiful." If you attend a certain church, get married there. If you don't attend church, pick another "beautiful" option for your wedding that doesn't muck about in people's most deeply held beliefs.

    St. Mary's Chapel is super cute and very popular here in Charlotte. Especially for couples who want a church but don't have a "home" church.

    There is a GORGEOUS church on East Blvd (if you're heading away from uptown, it's on the left across from the Greek Orthodox church). I am not sure what denomination it is, I think Presbyterian or Methodist.
