If you look on pinterest, there are many, many beauty and the beast themed weddings you could look at for inspiration.

It sounds, if you are willing to pay for it, that a wedding day stylist might be of use to you. I'd look up someone that offers styling services.

If you have your heart set on a dress like Belle, your best option is to either look at what local bridal stores have on their website that fit that vibe to try on, or ring up local bridal stores and tell them that's the style you want when you make your appointment. They'll be able to suggest things that fit that style.
