Bed Bath and Beyond help

Anyone have issues with their BBB and registry? I’ve twice now gotten a notification something was bought, and it to show up on the thank you list, but it not to be marked as purchased on the actual registry and it’s not taken off my Knot registry. The thank you list has a name of who bought the two items. Any insight?

    Have you tried contacting their customer service department to see if their site is having issues?

    Do you happen to have multiple of the same item? I know if you have, for example, 4 of the same kitchen towels but only 2 were purchased, it won't be moved to the purchased section but instead say "2 of 4 purchased" or something similar below.
