    This calculator is super helpful, but you can adjust the numbers if you know your crowd is into one more than the other.

    If you know your guests to be drinks i would factor about 4 drinks each or so, but if not factor 2 drinks each. And get a little bit more to have as extra

    We're getting half a keg of beer maybe 2 half kegs filled with different types. A case and a half of 2 different wines. We have approx. 160 guests. We're also gonna have a select of whiskey

    We're expecting around 90-115 guests. We're having 10 (24 pack) cases of beer. 5 of each kind. Then, 2 bottles of wine on each table (a red and white) 8 bottles of sparkling rose wine, and 10 bottles of sparkling white wine. ALSO we're having a signature drink with Captain Morgan spiced rum. 14 1.14 L bottles.
