So I put after in quotes because I'm still in progress but I've already noticed a big difference! I put my dress on Saturday morning to see how it fit and then I compared the pics to March, when I first tried on the dress. I started going to the gym in April and added in weight lifting under the...

(The pic from March has a petticoat under the dress and the August progress pic does not have a petticoat under the dress).
