Hello! I am looking for hair and make-up artists for myself and 3-4 family members for a Brooklyn wedding in June. Was curious if anyone has used BeGlammed? It's really affordable, but there aren't many reviews from the team in NYC and nationally, they're mostly positive, but mixed. We could go to a salon next door, but they upcharge for opening early, so maybe it's worth having someone come to us. I'm just confused by how it works-- if we need 5 people, you obviously need more than one person to do it all. Thanks for any tips/suggestions!

I would request a trial and see for yourself. Also ask them what the advise for number of people so you can compare

It's a coin toss. I used them for my engagement photos and a wedding I went to. The girl that did my engagement photos did not listen to me. I was not a fan. The wedding I was a guest at, the girl was wonderful and listened to exactly what I wanted. I took photos so other can recreate it.

I recommend trying a trial, butttt it's still entirely random. So if you don't like it, you will have to have another trial with another random makeup artist. If you are on a budget and makeup isn't that important to you, I would go for it. Personally, I would not risk my wedding day makeup on a random makeup artist.
