BELLY AND LOVE HANDLE FAT

CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE BEST AND QUICKEST WAY TO RID BELLY FAT AND LOVE HANDLES? I TRIED THE DETOX GREEN TEA. IT WORKED FOR A WEEK AND THEN IT NO LONGER WORKED. MY EVENT DATE IS JULY. I KNOW TO EXCERSISE HOWEVER; I WORK 12 HOURS A DAY SO WHEN I GET HOME I DON'T FEEL LIKE DOING IT.

    Weight Watchers. I'm down 13lbs in 1.5 months. Use etools and you never have to go to a meeting.

    There is no way to target weight loss to a specific area, you lose it first in the face and on down your body.

    Anytime i go low carb my belly shrinks fast.. but its hard to do with a busy lifestyle.. maybe pick a day off and plan, prepare, and baggie fresh veggies, lean meat (like chicken breast),

    I am going to try to do it this week.... nothing but lean protein and lots of veggies... I'll let you know how it does after one week. I have about 50 pounds i need to lose... and hoping to lose 15-20 of it before the wedding

    @TRACEY I WISH YOU LUCK. SO I'M THINKING TUNA,CHICKEN BREAST....MY GOSH I LOVE BREAD...THIS IS MY DOWN FALL I WILL DO GOOD FOR A WHILE AND WHEN I SEE THE RESULTS. I GUESS I AM GETTING TO CONFIDENT AND FALL OFF FROM MY GOALS Smiley sad

    I GUESS WHAT I HAVE TO DO IS FOCUS ON THE WAY I WANT MY HUSBAND TO BE SEE ME WALK DOWN THE AISLE. I HAVE MERMAID/TRIUMPH DRESS SO I MUST HAVE MY BODY RIGHT. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A SWEAT SUIT TO GO WALKING. I HEARD THOSE HELP. SHOOT I WORE IT IN HOUSE SITTING DOWN PRIOR TO EXCERSISE AND WAS SWEATING LOL. SO ADD THAT TO YOUR DAY TRACEY.

    Mmm yea please stop posting in caps...I have no idea what a green tea detox is but if you want to lose weight simply start eating better/less. Diet is more than 50% of weight loss, pretty much 100% if you dont have time to exercise much

    Hello Michelle,

    A great way to lose stomach fat is eating healthy. Walking and kicking type exercises helps to burn the stomach fat.

    I am in the process of starting my weight lose path and I also carry all the fat in my stomach. I wish you luck because weight lose is hard work.

    Low carb diet & anything Jillian Michaels. If you reduce the breads, rice, corn & pre-packaged foods that are loaded with salt as well as reducing your sodium to 1500 mg you may have a fighting chance.

    Stop doing drastic things, the body doesn't usually like that. Proper diet will do all the difference in the world. Like Paris said, Weight Watchers! I've been doing it for over a year now and lost over 25 lbs. you don't have to workout to lose weight, diet will make a huge difference. You don't have to completely give up bread, just have a lot less of it. But just learning how to eat properly will make all the difference in the world, today and in the future.

    I also work 12 hours a day, but I decided that I will work out, and so I am working out.

    So I get up an hour earlier, and work out for at least 30-45 minutes before showering and going to work, since working out in the morning is supposed to give you a boost for the day.

    I am pretty toned now (no backfat/love handles) due to my diet and workout every day.

    I also watch my portion sizes and make sure that I fill my plate at least halfway with veggies.

    I have counted my calories with MyFitnessPal.com, and it worked really well, but it is pretty time consuming to enter in all the different foods if you don't eat the same thing every day.

    I alternate my workouts as well. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I do cardio of 35 or more minutes on the elliptical, keeping my heart rate high. Tuesday and Thursday, I do weights, crunches, lunges, etc. for about 35 minutes.

    Another thing that also helps is to cut out any liquids other than water, and drink the recommended 8 glasses a day. This helps you to feel full and keeps you from snacking, as well as washes toxins out of your body.

    I'm starting the Insanity workout 2 months and your body will be comepletely transformed, I also work quite a bit along with full time schooling. So I do my workouts 40mins in the morning before work or anything. That way it is done! It does take A LOT of motivation though!!

    I too am trying to decide what I can do to lose this belly, arms, and tighten up my thighs. I don't eat bread and no sodas so far I'm doing ok. My event is soon approaching. Today I read about Fat Flush Water and I'm trying this for 10 days. I also don't eat any fried foods and mainly shrimp and fish.

    I have been working with a trainer, and where as low carb does help make you burn more fat its more of a temporary fix because your body needs carbs for energy. You just have to eat the right sort of carbs (sweet potato, quinoa, brown rice ext) lots of lean protein and veggies and some fruit. Green Tea also helps aid in making your metabolism boost. Im also allowed *two* cheat meals a week. not days but meals where i can enjoy something i want to always keep my metabolism guessing Smiley smile i also work out 6 days a week for 40-60 minutes. Hope that helps!
