Im so tired of my belly! It just wont go away and it is in every wedding dress that I try on. I dont want to do lipo, but has anyone tried cool sculpting ir lipo captivation (i think that's what its called)? I work out 4x/week, 2 hours/day and the bottom bulge wont budge. I lost 35 pounds by simply changing my diet.

It's really the only way to loose weight.

Give up wheat/gluten!!! I had the same problem as you, I could not get rid of a lower belly bulge! But once I gave up wheat/gluten it disappeared like magic! Good luck! Smiley smile

Do exercises that target the area you want to loose and also try core exercises

I also don't eat meat, but thats not enough to lose weight. Watch your carb intake (i also love desert but that has to be cut out completely), your carbs should be in the form of fruits rather than sweets. Try reverse crunches and drink lots of water, and dont eat heavy past 7pm.

Hi Gorgeous! I second LeahH on this. Depending on the look that you are going for core/ab exercises are some of the worst things that you can do (at least on a daily basis). It can lead to a bulky look because they are a relatively small group of muscles that are being built up underneath the overlaying fat. Sadly there is a "push" in a lot of magazines to do ab exercises to burn the fat but that doesn't give us what we are generally looking for.

Even though I'm addicted to working out, the truth is that 90% of the change that we seek is in the diet. Implementing just a few small tweaks on a consistent basis can transform your waistline, it's not the fastest solution but it's the most permanent. Besides, your body deserves the love!

I'm having the hardest time with this. I found out I was walking around with a broken neck for the last year. I was having a lot of pain from a prior neck surgery and the doctor had no idea why... a second opinion and three minutes later it is discovered that the disc I had implanted was not connected... no wonder it hurt to be active! So now I have had another surgery and am trying to get back on my feet after gaining 20 lbs in a year... but I find it hard to ditch sweets... Swiss Rolls to be specific. I find that if I give up something completely, I fail, but I know I need to cut out some stuff completely. Is there a Swiss Roll flavored vegetable?! :-)

Diet & exercise & coolsculpting. I am on nutrisystem now & work out for 45 a day (30 min elliptical, 15 min weights for my flabby arms & crunches). Did coolsculpting on my belly and had my first checkup last week (one month after procedure) and saw MAJOR results.

**NOTE** Coolsculpting IS NOT a weight loss procedure. It is mainly for the last 10-15 lbs of "stubborn fat" just below your skin. A good coolsculpting rep will tell you if you're a good candidate - when my FMIL went, the rep told her she wasn't a good candidate- she doesn't have pinchable fat. Unpinchable fat is below the muscle and can only be reduced by diet & exercise. Also, coolsculpting can be uncomfortable. Delayed onset pain can last a few days - I experienced extreme itchiness which was only semi remediated by spanx & lidocaine patches. And make sure you go to a plastic surgeon or a real doctor. Don't go to boutique places who just try to take your money. Also, check out realself.com - TONS of experiences and I'm more than happy to go more in depth with my experience - after I did coolsculpting, my FSIL did it & so did my Mom. Both are having different reactions.

I have stomach fat cause I eat bad, working night shift, I eat alllllll night. One of my foreman's told me to wrap my stomach with syran wrap and hemmorriod cream before I come to work everyday. I was going to one of our annual class of 98 party. I didn't want to wear any shapewear. I did it for 3.5 weeks straight and it worked and no soda also.. Added a pic to show after results. I am back doing it now since I been off work with a broken ankle and had four surgries for almost two years (gained 65 pounds and it's working again but this Time I wear it all day with a strick diet since I cant workout right now. I am seeing results down two sizes since my wedding.

A wrap or a supplement is a short term fix, you need to be paying very close attention to what and how much you eat and working out to build up muscles. Lots of veggies, and very little carbs and sugars. Muscle is smaller than fat.

Just in case you are still conscious with your belly on your wedding, pick a ball gown dress, your belly will look fine than other styles.
