Im so tired of my belly! It just wont go away and it is in every wedding dress that I try on. I dont want to do lipo, but has anyone tried cool sculpting ir lipo captivation (i think that's what its called)? I work out 4x/week, 2 hours/day and the bottom bulge wont budge. If you have tried either,...

I realize there's no moral compass for carbs, they're not humans. I just like hearing other people's opinions when it comes to weight loss. I've literally done it all so seeing someone else's perspective is nice sometimes!

    Adjectives.

I'm not editing my post because that's to much work- but I see you miss spelled "Adjectives."

Yeah- LeahH- I'm sad- I wish I would have learned more much earlier. I would have been far more successful at controlling what I wanted out of my body and less scared about calorie counting.

@Jo that last post was fucking gold.

EVERYONE READ THAT. I need a lot of improvement in my diet and exercise. I should tape that to my mirror and read it every morning, sigh.

I love the "good vs bad" food arguments that people always make, all food is good (especially ice cream! haha). Now eating all the food is probably not good, lol This is why the number one thing I always tell FH when he sees me counting out my chips when I have them is "they have a portion sizes for a reason!" The It-Works and all those other things claiming to shrink your stomach are bogus, unless that cream they put on them can burrow into my skin and eat away the fat cells its not going to work, what is working is all the water that you have to drink with them and cutting out the alcohol and coffee is flushing out your system. Eating the correct portions and replacing the "junk foods" with fruits and veggies and working out is the only thing that is going to help you in losing weight in a good way. Wrap, juice cleanses, and whatever else they have out there now are just short term solutions and most wont work honestly. That is just my two cents.

Nikita- perhaps you should do the "reading thing" instead of some sort of ridiculous stupid cleanse.

I'm in the same boat! I exercise four times a week. I don't eat red meat. So I opt for the surgery, gastric sleeve in February. I lost some weight, but it not enough, so I don't even look at wedding gowns anymore, until I have my surgery.

Change your diet and lift heavy weights. It will change your body composition... and your life. No excessive cardio.

21 day fix nutrition and workouts. Please don't look for a diet - make it a lifestyle change. I'm down 75 lbs in a year and I have done the work!

I used Abolene which is a make-up remover and wrapped my belly with saran wrap. It actually works. I use this when I run everyday. Believe it or not it works. On my wedding day I wore a high waist thong.

@L.L. I'm sorry, you saran wrap makeup remover to yourself and then go for a run? Why? I guarantee that is not helping you lose weight AT ALL.

If its just the belly fat then I would suggest "The Flat Belly Diet" my friend used it and it really worked for her. Its not good if you need to shed a lot of weight but good for 5-15 pounds around the midsection.

I also followed this method before my wedding, I got some belly over the years, and tuxedo didn't fit perfectly. I lost this 22 pounds in three months, I looked better, tuxedo fitted better, but my belly isn't flat. Probably now I should exercise ...

I'm no pro, but food is huge. I'd rather fuel my body right so I can workout less! LOL
