Does anyone know if you can have a ceremony only at Belmont Plateau. I am familiar with the mansion but I’m looking for a small scenic (25 person) park/garden just for our ceremony and this would be perfect! If anyone could provide info I’d greatly appreciate it.

Also I’ve heard that you can reserve a picnic spot on the grounds, would it be weird to do that and have a ceremony instead? NOT trying to purposely doing anything illegal or be fined.

You might have to ride through there to find out what you are looking for bc it is a nice sizable area. No it is not weird to have a picnic reception there especially if you do not want your guests to travel. Do a reception that fit you and your style

Hey there, Lau’Ren.
I’m afraid I’m not familiar with this park or any regulations around having a wedding there. I searched online but couldn’t find any more information. I would be curious if a permit is required to have a wedding ceremony, which is often the case with public spaces. Would you consider reaching out to the local parks & recs office and seeing if they can advise or point you in the direction of more information?
