Belt or no belt

Hi, I’m looking for opinions on which looks better..belt or no belt.. I initially liked the belt but have been second guessing it lately and wondering if the no-belt option looks more simple where you can appreciate the lace. Planning to wear dangle earrings. I think my concern without the belt is that my eyes go to the bottom of the dress and it seems “bottom heavy” , but I’m not totally crazy about the belt either. I’m not a very curvy person so I’m wondering how to best accentuate the drop waist on my body. Thanks!
