Best adhesive bras??

Jessie, on November 22, 2017 at 10:44 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 21

Need some advice because there's a TON of options out there. My dress has a very low back and has a v-cut in the front. There's cups in the dress, and they're great, but I feel like I might need a little help getting "the girls" a lift. What would you guys recommend and have the best experience with?? Thanks in advance!!

I got mine at Target and I will say, it did NOT budge the whole night. I was sweaty from dancing and even then the adhesive stayed in tact. I cannot remember the exact brand, but it was in a black box and it said "BACKLESS STRAPLESS BRA" on the front, lol. I mayyybe paid $20 for it so I would definitely recommend you check it out!

I got one at Nordstrom's that was amazing. I have worn it to multiple weddings and danced the whole night and it didn't move at all. After the first little while when I first put it on, I totally forget that I'm wearing it.

I purchase the same adhesive bra on Amazon. It is made by a company called WingsLove. I purchase the nude, a-cup double thickness.

The target ones are the best ever. I've worn them in 100+ degrees with humidity, and they don't budge. Easy and painless to take off, too.

You might also want to check out Perky pear tape. It's amazing.

Following and curious about bra sizes of people who use them successfully. I have a dress similar to OP, and was recommended to use a stick on bra. I'm a DD though and am nervous it won't be enough!

I used a Nu-Bra and looooved it, it clipped in the middle but you could also have it unclipped. it stayed in place all day and night and was super comfy, and even gave me cleavage for the first time in my life much to my mom's amazement/delight.

I'm a G-cup and am going back and forth between an adhesive bra or cups. Definitely following this thread!

So I have the same issue. I just ordered the below option. My dress also must have a backless bra and I'm hoping the middle clip in front works? I have my fittings starting in February so I'm hoping something can be figured out!

I've worn one from target a few times and it still is sticky enough to wear again. I bought one from Victoria secret in the past and it was super expensive and didn't last one use.

Definitely curious if anyone with bigger cup size recommends this? I was thinking the sewn in cups was the best idea but if there is a good recommendation , it'd be great to know! I'm a DD and have never used them.

I'm using clear duct tape. Call me crazy, but I got way more cleavage from the duct tape than any of those adhesive bras, plus it's cheaper.

And don't knock the tape until you try it, it solved my problem of how to get my D cups to stay up when nothing else got me the lift I wanted.

Thanks everyone for all of the advice! I think I will try using tape, and try the bra from target just to see. I'm a 36c so we'll see how it holds up (literally). Lol

I've use the Target ones and they work wonderfully. I've also reused them and they worked well on the second or third time (cleaning between uses). I'd recommend trying a couple to see what's most comfortable for you. I'm a 36 C or 38 B depending on the brand.

@Margarita, how did you tape? The sides and back of my dress are making this tricky! I was told I can put lining in if I'm really concerned, but I'm hoping not to

For my wedding dress I just used the sewn in cups. But I do also have an adhesive bra, Nubra, that I got on amazon and works really well.

I agree with the ones from Target. I accidentally slept in mine and it was still in place the next morning.

At Alyssawynne- mine is a sweetheart strapless, so I was able to tape under by breasts, after pushing them up, and went around my back.

Placement depends on what your dress allows, try different things
