Did you do a bulk order Katherine or buy them individually?

I did a bulk order, I only needed six tables clothes and one table runner. Also for both sites try searching for coupons, there's usually a few floating around.

Good idea Katherine I will do that and see what comes out best. Our venue has weird size tables that add up for be over 60 tables! I think we will push some together so we have less.

I am glad I looked at this post! I have been searching for them too since our local rental company charges like $12.50 to rent each tablecloth. The ones on linentablecloth.com are only $5.09 for a white 108" round polyester tablecloth! That's awesome!

I agree FutureMrsH where we live most of them are $15-$20 and that just doesn't sit well with out budget!

Out venue was once a restaurant so sadly the tables won't look pretty bare though I was tempted for a bit to go without!

I got chocolate satin ones for 8' Banquet tables for less than $6ea from efavormart. I also went with free shipping and they came within a week. They are always having sales and I just waited fir their 45% off one that comes around every couple of weeks that I saw.

Smarty had a party

I bought napkins from thelinencompany.com. They were the cheapest, but instead of sending me the nice peach colour I selected from the swatch card, they sent a disgusting sickly flesh colour. I ended up scrambling for new ones last minute. And they took months to refund the money. Stay away from this company.

This has been such a useful thread. Our linen rental wouldn't be too too expensive, but I'm glad to have the option to buy my own instead of renting! Renting might still win because of ironing/steaming, set up, etc. but definitely worth running the math first!

Are there any decor rental places in your area? I'm renting my sequined tableclothes for WAY less than buying them. I think they're like $20 for a standard banquet size table, compared with the cheapest online purchase price of around $50. Add on the fact that I don't have to steam, store before the wedding and sell (or again store) afterwards, it's a big win.

After looking at a dozen or so suppliers, comparing prices and styles, I decided to go with cvlinens.com. Best price for what I was looking for.

The least expensive site I have found for table runners but haven't ordered yet only $1.98 for a table runner that is satin!
