Best and worst wedding

What I really liked at the last wedding was the bride's dress. A "big" girl + almost 9 months pregnant, and she really looked AMAZING ! What I disliked was the fact that it was a wedding organised in a hurry, in one month, and they didn't invite families, only parents and siblings...

My favourite wedding was actually not really a wedding - guests were invited to a "cumulative 70th birthday party" of the couple - they both just had their 35th birthdays, so it was a fun idea for a party. We didn't even know they were engaged. We only found out after we got there and the ceremony started. It was just so FUN, everyone felt at ease, people were dancing like crazy. Weddings can sometimes feel a little stiff, but this one definitely wasn't.
My least favourite weddings both had one thing in common: a veeeeery long wait between the ceremony and the reception. One couple made all the guests wait three hours while they took pictures, there was no food and we were so bored that we begged the waiter for playing cards to have anything to do. The second one was recently, the venue was told to only let everyone in after bride and groom arrive, and we sat outside in full sun for almost two hours (but it was still very windy and cold, so sunburn+frozen toes at the same time), waiting for the couple... And waiting. Turned out she lost her phone and they were searching for it.
