Best Apps to Play Ceremony Music

Abigail, on June 28, 2016 at 4:01 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 2

Long story short, we've had terrible luck finding someone to play live music at our wedding in August. We talked to our DJ who is playing music during dinner and for our reception and they want an extra $500 to play ceremony music. We do not have $500 in our budget to spend so we are opting to have our wedding coordinator play our own playlist with a high quality stereo system and our iPad since we only need light music for guests arriving, the processional and recessional.

Does anyone have an app recommendations that they used? We are looking for something that is able to fade music out after a certain point in the song.

We're using Spotify Premium. You could always have the coordinator fade it out once you arrive up front.

I'd talk to your dj again. That is a ridiculous amount of money unless your ceremony space is very far away or geographically challenged.

But you also probably need sound for your officiant......
