Best cake in Panama City beach, Fl?

Pretty sure everyone in PC will say Publix Bakery. I've been to alot of the small cupcakeries that do cakes, and they are good, but very pricy.

I considered Publix, but actually used a small local bakery that came highly recommended, Cakes By Ricca (The Bake House) in Panama City. You can find them on Facebook. They have a wide range of flavors and designs (we chose an almond cake with almond buttercream cream cheese icing), were reasonably priced, and very responsive (especially since I was a destination bride). My wedding cake was delicious and the guests raved about it even after the wedding. My husband is a hobby baker and is quite picky -- even he was impressed!
