Best dress tape

Michelle, on April 3, 2018 at 10:41 PM Posted in Hair and Makeup 0 13
So I know like every bride out there. You hate your back fat. I don't think I'm going to be able to tone it up in time for the wedding. What is the best tape to use to tape down your back fat so it doesn't stick out the sides of your dress?

I don't know about taping to help back fat, but lifting can really help tone your back. I'm doing the ketogenic diet again (lost 70 pounds in 6 months the first time) and lifting weights to help tone things. Thankfully I have 13 months to work on it.

I have a month lol. I went lazy this last year. It's no one's fault but myself. So trying to find something to at least make these pictures look better

I just got married a cpl weeks ago and I used kinesiology tape. It worked great. I used it on my back fat and my armpit fat. I still had some back fat but I do have a lot. The armpit overhang was bad enough I was really upset about it but the tape fixed it right up. The brand I saw recommended is rocktape but it's exspensive. I got some from walmart in the sports section near the workout equipment. Heads up though, you won't be able to do yourself, it took all 3 of my girls to get it right.

Pretty much you use tape and pull down your back fat so you don't have that pouch under your arms. Let me see if I can find the article

That's helpful to know because I also hate how your day (and let's face it, even just your skin) can bunch up in a dress like that! Helpful to know this kind of tape will help put it "back to normal" !

I told my friend we will be practicing lol. Since my bra I'm wearing will cover where the dress goes. I can tape myself up with out the dress (as that's being worked on for the next month)

Hi, wondering how to apply this. My back fat doesnt bunch up till the dress is zipped so How do I know where to apply? Do I just stick to my back just below the dress line ABC's pull down? How do you get the armpit fat too?

I’m wondering how to use the rocktape on back fat too! I know I’m in shape, but for some reason, my dress just accentuates whatever backfat I have! I’m getting married in 9 days....

How exactly do you apply the tape? Should it be vertical? About how much did you need? I’m trying to figure out how to use it.
