Best Friend Officiant

I would love to find a creative way to ask one of our best friends to be our officiant. He will also play the role of a groomsman but would love to get him a little something extra in his "groomsmen proposal" box. Any suggestions?

    We had a similar instance. One of our groomsmen is our officiant. The gifts my FH got his guys we super hero shirts and matching socks to be worn on day of wedding and then got them all a pocket knife with their names. He didn't do anything special for the officiant but we did set him apart in looks. While all the guys will have navy ties he will have a white tie that my FH gifted him to set him a part a little.

    My best friend was my patron of honor at first wedding but said no to 2x. So I told him he’s other choice was officiant. I know he thinks I’m joking but I’m dead serious. I will pay for it even.
