First remember that you are you. Work the best way to accept and help being yourself.

One general concept is to draw people to focus on details of your appearance that you prefer. It may then help to have curled locks so people will note how wonderful your hair looks.

Also, see if you can hold your face and chin forward a bit for the photos (and in general?) to find what looks best. (have someone remind you during the photos, if that helps)
