Best resorts for honeymoon in Jamaica

Really? I would recommend Sandals hands down. Specifically Sandals Negril. It's expensive, but pretty much everything is included once you get there (minus the spa and off-resort excursions).

Following - we def can't afford Sandals lol but still want something nice and all-inclusive. Most resorts are safe, as they don't allow anyone on the property who isn't a guest/ employee. If you leave the resorts, the employees can tell you where to avoid. This was my experience 10 years ago anyway.

Good to know. That was one thing we were worried about was knowing what places were safe and unsafe, but we would love to experience Jamaica culture obviously.

You can check out Excellence as another option. They are an amazing resort chain. I went to one of their Dominican properties and loved it.

RIU Montego Bay or RIU Negril

Sandals is really overpriced. My cousin is a travel agent so I get the inside scoop on all these places and many times get to travel with her to do site inspections. I recommend the Hyatt Ziva (first choice) or Hilton Rose Hall. Both are all inclusive.

I do hair and One of my clients and her husband ALWAYS go to Couples Swept Away in Jamaica. They highly recommend it. They go about 2 or 3 times a year

Moon palace hands down. Sandals are nice properties there but antiquated and need updating. Moon palace has everything clubs. Restaurants. Food. Activities. Swim with dolphins. Swim up pools. Very clean and staff is amazingly accommodating.
And if you tell them you are getting married or newly weds, they will roll out the red carpet!!!
