Best rsvp Website?

Kora, on February 5, 2021 at 11:47 AM Posted in Planning 0 23

Just curious as to which wedding website you are using to have family and friends RSVP and why?

Thank you in advance! Smiley heart

We have Zola and LOVE it!! The RSVP portion is simple to use, as are the rest of the sections you can add to your website. I especially love that you can add 'questions for your guests' on your RSVP. We've asked them for any song requests, and if they have food allergies/dietary restrictions. We also love how Zola keeps track of everyone's RSVP, and shows you who on your guest list is left to RSVP. I also enjoy how I can make certain events private to just a few people to RSVP. Ex: I made an event for our rehearsal dinner, and it's set to only show up for people we selected. That way we'll know for sure that our bridal party knows all the details!

The registry portion is also amazing! Zola is partnered with several brands like Kitchenaid, Crate & Barrel, OXO, etc. We have a registry through them, but also have our Target and Crate & Barrel registry linked through it. Your guests can easily go to the 'registry' tab and find all of your items in one place.

There a huge number of positive reviews for rsvpify.com in the search feature and it can be used on its own or added as a widget to your withjoy.com or wix.com site. From the demonstration online, it is fully customizeable.

My fiance and I are asking our guests to RSVP on The Knot! So far, I've found it to do very easy to use, easy for guests to RSVP, and easy to keep track of/filter the replies.

Are RSVPs on the knot by guest name or by family?

Either! You could group RSVPs together, such as, a couple or a family: if one person in that group RSVPs, they can RSVP for everyone else associated with that group (though they can all have separate responses - one person in the group can RSVP "attending", while another person in the group can RSVP "decline"). Otherwise, you can enter each name individually.

Oh perfect! I’m using the knot and I was wondering about that. Is there a way to link a plus one to specific guests?

We are using the wedding wire - that way all of our information is together on the website. No complaints so far.

We are using Zola and so far it’s great and simple to use. We also have a section where we can ask for dietary restrictions and unknown guest names.

We are using paperless post. Very easy. It lets you know when the invite was sent who opened it and who replied.

Sorry for my delayed reply to this! Yes, there is a way to link them! When you are adding the guest to your list on The Knot, click on "Add Guest", then "Add individual guest". Once you fill in the name, click on "Add A Guest To This Party". If you don't know who that guest is bringing as their plus one, just select "Name unknown?", otherwise, if you know the name, fill in the name. They'll be linked to the guest, and when that guest RSVPs, they can also RSVP for their plus one.
