    Hey Rhianna!

Personally, I would stick with my regular routines. I would be afraid to introduce anything new in case I was so break out or damaged my hair!

Do you have any specific skin or hair concerns you want to address in the months leading up to your wedding?

I've got no advice on hair, as my hair is super thin and won't grow BUT regarding skin I wouldn't try using any new products. Every time I start something new I break out and my skin seems to get more inflamed. I WOULD recommend doing a juice cleanse right before the wedding (I promise I'm not an all natural hippie). I tried it out because I've had really bad eating habits lately and haven't been able to kick my carb consumption. I'm on the last day of my first 3-day cleanse and my skin is GLOWING and so clear. I also dropped 5 pounds and quite a few inches which was a bonus!

That's great! I need to see mine for a yearly checkup, so I'll see what they recommend.

I started using curology about 6 months ago, my wedding is next month. I LOVE it! Also, hair masks and biotin!

Diet is HUGE! For the most part we follow the Whole30 lifestyle and I notice when I eat more added sugars and carbs I start to break out more than normal, which thankfully isn't a huge breakout. Thanks for the tips. I'll definitely be watching what I eat/drink leading up to our wedding (and after lol).

What hair mask do you use? When I booked hair/makeup, they recommended "It's A 10" and I just ordered a small size to try it out and waiting for it to come in.

I usually take collagen each morning, but haven't done biotin in a while, so I should probably start that again!

I was all about skin & hair & nails leading up to the wedding! I started prep 1 year out and this is what I did:

Hair - Stopped any coloring, did trims every 6 weeks, stopped using curling iron or straightner and only dried when I didn't have time to let it air dry, when I did use a blow dryer I used heat protectant spray, I used Ovation Cell Therapy for shampoo/conditioner/treatment, slept on a silk pillowcase, used gentle towel wraps for my hair to dry in, bought no pull hair ties.

Skin - I started an at home regiment of cleanser, toner, serum, lotions at night & cleanser, toner, lotion in the morning, I exfoliated once a week and masked once a week, 6 months out I started getting professional treatments and ended up getting 3 facials, microdermabrasion, and 2 microneedling sessions, right before the wedding I got botox & an O2 facial & dermaplanning & lash lift and tint.

Nails - Cuticle oil almost every day

I also took biotin w/ collagen vitamins every day!

Amazing! I was looking into cleansers and toners for skin routine and will probably start that. I don't have any problems with my skin other than the occasional blemish. However, I use the curling iron every. single. day. So I need to figure that out and come up with a new routine for myself. Thanks for the tips! Smiley smile

Hello all. I've been using Nutregia orange body gel then I have really bad roseca so I went to my dermatologist and got prescribed two sets of cream one for the night and one for the day. Then drinking lots of water watching my food and sugary drink and liquor intake. Evey little bit helps.

That's awesome! I would say just be patient, it took about 2 months before it really cleared my skin up but now it looks amazing! Not just acne gone but it looks like brighter/less dull too.

My wedding isn’t until October 2020 but I recently started getting facials to help with my skin.

For my hair, I have been going to the same hairdresser for years and her salon only sell and uses products that are 100% vegan. (All-nutrient) I see her regularly and get hair treatments and regular cuts.

I definitely want to be careful what I'm putting onto my hair, so I'll have to read up on some more natural products! Thanks for the heads up

These are all good suggestions. I plan on looking into a dermatologist to get products for treatment.

wouldn't switch it up too much \ find something that works continuance stickntonit... Maybe see a dermatologist first and have them recommend something ... Even if unjust daily cleanser and moisturizer.. Better safe than sorry
