Best waterproof eyeliner pencils

Hello! I've done a couple Google searches for best water proof eyeliner pencil and every link has a different one as the best ever. I have a couple in mind, but if anyone has one they highly recommend, PLEASE let me know. I wear make up pretty much daily so I'm used to it and my eyes aren't sensitive. Since we're having an outdoor ceremony and reception at the end of September, so I need something that will make it through waem weather and stay put without checking it every hour.

    My absolute FAVORITE eyeliner that I have used I got in an Ipsy bag. It is the Insanely Intense Tattooed Waterproof Eyeliner from Skone Cosmetics. It's actually more of a pen than a pencil (it's applied like a pencil but is more of a liquid consistency) but I love it! If you're really looking for a pencil I would suggest Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil. It's my go-to everyday eyeliner pencil!

    I do have the Urban Decays 24/7 eyeliner and I do love it...just want to see what else is out there. I'll look into the one from Skone Cosmetics! Thank you!

    Liquid or non liquid? For liquid I use Stila stay all day and for non liquid I use the Urban Decay 24/7. I would make sure you have a good eyelid primer and if you’re doing eyeliner on the bottom lash line put a lot of powder underneath.
