If you are staying at a hotel at your destination, you can ship boxes of your DIY items there through flat rate shipping. I’ve done that with both work and personal events. The concierge holds on to it and verifies your name when you pick it up. Make sure to get tracking number if you go this route.

Centerpieces are easy to DIY, as well as bouquets

I DIYd pretty much everything or bought from Etsy
DIY- half of the bridal party gifts, centerpieces, ceremony decor, cocktail hour decor, signage stands, bridesmaid bouquets (faux flowers),
Etsy- signs and the other half of the bridal party decor (duffle bags, wallets, keychains, watches, jewelry boxes)
You can ship everything to the venue prior to getting there or if you have a day of coordinator ship it to their house
