Have you asked your caterer, bartender, or venue whether they supply cups or not for an extra fee? The thought of 2,000 plastic cups seems extreme. Please set up recycling bins at least.

Honestly, I wouldn't do a 16 ounce cup for everything; that is giant. Do at least half of them as a 9 ounce hard plastic cup.

The expensive part, forgive me, is the 200 people, not the plastic cups.

Agree with the 9oz cups, especially for wine. Check Amazon, that's where we're getting ours. Be careful about checking price per quantity. A lot of sellers have more popular quantities prices higher per cup than if you get the same amount a different way. For example, they may have 500 cups for $20, but 250 cups for $7. So, buy 2 packs of 250 instead and save $6. Saw this a LOT.

We're having a very casual buffet style wedding.handling everything ourselves and it IS exhausting! Already the 9oz cups for mix drinks. Honestly we're serving beer, sangria, mixers and coolers, no wine this go around. Our bartenders are helpers at the firehall with experience yes, but we are responsible for getting our own cups. We live in the sticks basically lol. Have to go out far distances, order online , use advice, online resources for help. Greatly appreciate all help.thanks. and yes 200 people is overwhelming to plan for.

Has anyone personally used the 16oz cups at their own wedding from webstaurantstore? Seeking very honest reviews, as their prices look to b the cheapest. Now I've ordered their plates, and opted NOT to use them for the wedding, they are paper thin and had to reorder nice plates from Amazon. Thank u!

Do NOT order Genpak Aristocrat plates. I'm only saying these particular ones are not suitable for indoor wedding at ALL. Picnic maybe but honestly very thin need doubled. I didn't ship them back. Well just save them for cook outs! I'm sure that you'll b able to shop around on their site for others just be very careful. Saving money isn't always the answer. Smiley winking

A 16 ounce cup will have you blowing through alcohol like crazy which is not only expensive but dangerous. I learned this when we switched rental companies and their new wine glasses were 12 ounces (as opposed to the old 8 ounce ones). It doesn't sound like a big deal, but our clients went through wine in an insane way until we switched back. Sixteen ounces is great for beer and soda, but not really for anything else.

Sorry to be so nitpicky, but it makes a diff.
