I have big boobs (44F, I was measured at Lane Bryant ) and I was told I shouldn't wear a strapless dress because I need support to hold them up. Most of the dresses I really like are strapless, I need a good bra that will keep me up and secure all night.

Im 36ddd possibly 36f based on mna's handy measuring tips post. I am wearing a strapless that has built in bra corset back. Im not wearing a separate bra. It holds them right in place. I was worried as well, but it is possible! I bent over and shook to see if they would move and they didn't. I wanted to be sure I could dance and not have a nip slip lol. I think you can find something strapless that will work for you!

Wedding dresses have much more support than your average strapless dress

How was wearing the dress a night? I’m also a DDD and bought a corset strapless, not wearing a bra!

Well I sorta caved. I added a thin strap for the dancing. It helped a ton! I still didn’t wear a bra and the boning was very supportive.
