Big zit, help!!!

I've tried toothpaste and it made my pimple worse. I use an overnight acne spot treatment that is salicylic acid based and those suckers are was less juicy in the morning.

Try honey or aloe Vera

If you're near a sephora try Kate Somerville eradikate. It is very drying, but many people swear by it for getting rid of big pimples overnight.

Tea tree oil.. also Tylenol liquid gel .. break it open and rub it on it will take away pain and reduce swelling

LISTEN!!!!!! This works for me every time!!!!! I have had so many prescriptions and this is OTC. I use neosporin and hydrocortisone creme together on top of the blemish. The redness, swelling and pain will disappear quickly

HOT washcloth followed by ice cube. Repeat.

I'm totally going to be looking for an update on this.... Wonder if she ended up using toothpaste, Windex, ice, makeup, Neosporin....or all the above!

Toothpaste works wonders just apply a dollop overnight and it dries it out really well

I wouldn't do toothpaste, it never works.

Mario badescu has a GREAT drying lotion. They also have a buffering lotion for under the skin pimples.

I poke a hole in an Advil liquid gel and put the fluid on any bad breakout I have. 9/10 it clears up all the redness and it shrinks overnight I swear by it when I have a bad breakout sometimes more so then what my derm has prescribed me
