Biggest Regret?

not dedicating enough time to taking photos

I'm getting married for the 2nd time, but I have plenty regrets from my 1st.


Number 1- the man I chose, but that's not what we're here for. 🤣
2. I didn't get the bridal dress shopping experience. My sister was buying a consignment dress and they talked me into buying one too. 👗
3. I let my mother explode our guest list to 300 people. I'm doing it small this time, no more than 60.
4. I regret not doing a destination wedding. I didn't want the big wedding, but by the time I realized I was just doing what my mother wanted, it was too late.

I regret not hiring a videographer. Neither of us wanted one at any point during wedding planning, and it wasn’t until the actual wedding day that I regretting not having one there to capture everything.

If anything, my only "regret" would be not asking the DJ to turn the music down a little while we were dancing. It was a lot of line dances, so there was stomping and yelling, but the music was still just a tad too loud. To be fair, though, that would have meant leaving the dance floor and.... no thank you!

I regret:
1) not getting a massage the week of
2) obsessing over decor details—nobody notices3) not obsessing enough over my hair & makeup (speaking up for changes)
Thank goodness our photographer included a second shooter or that would have been a regret. Also glad two DOCs were included with our venue.

2nd marriage here as well so 💯 relatable

There were many "little" things about my wedding that annoyed me, but I only have one true regret, and that is not having a videographer.

I can honestly say I have no regrets for my wedding. Everything went perfectly. If I had to choose something, I might make the reception a little longer. We went with a 4 hour reception (6 hour day total). We were having so much fun, I wish it could have lasted 30 minutes to an hour longer.
