Semi- formal. A mix of cocktail dresses + gowns and suits or tuxes.

Cocktail attire for sure! It allows everyone to dress fabulously while being a bit more relaxed than they would be at a black tie event

I would say formal/ nicer cocktail attire, I want everyone to look nice but still be decently comfortable, at least that's what I'm hoping for anyway, most of my family thinks a flannel and old jeans constitutes nice dress clothes😅

We're doing black tie. I can't think of anything fancier than a wedding and i have always loved the idea of the women in long gowns.

Cocktail attire! We're getting married in the mountains, so expecting full-on Black Tie just isn't realistic.

Cocktail attire. I hope guests opt closer to formal than casual. I’d prefer nobody show up in distressed jeans and boots 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Yet we are having a buffet style so I dare not label things black tie.

Definitely cocktail attire, the groom and his party will be in light suits and guests are encouraged to be comfortable.

We're kind of in the middle of the two. We want to create a relaxed vibe for the day, but we're not doing black tie formal. We also want guests to dress up a little without having to wear super formal clothes.

Much more relaxed! People can wear whatever they want! If they're not comfortable, then they won't enjoy themselves as much. Mine and my husbands attire are about halfway in between formal and relaxed.

Cocktail. We are having our wedding at a barn so it's more fitting plus I want everyone to be comfortable in what they are wearing.
