Blowout

MrsV1027, on May 24, 2018 at 10:18 PM Posted in Hair and Makeup 0 5
I'm wondering if I should just get a blowout the morning of the wedding. I don't really want to pay someone over $100 to make my hair have a natural non fussy look. I've never done it before but friends who do always have the greatest looking hair. It's gotta be cheaper right?

I'm doing my own blowout to save about $70 before I get my hair done.
If you've never done before, then practice is your best friend! Depending on your hair type, it might be really difficult if you've never done it before.
I've been doing my own blowouts for 4 years now and althought they're not hair salon quality, theyre good enough for everyday activities. Only about a year ago I found a practical way to do my own hair and I'm happy about it!

I have thick curly hair and I live in Tampa (aka frizz central). I love a good blowout. They are cheaper than an updo at most places. I pain on getting a blowout for my wedding.

I’m also in Tampa, but with thin, fine, straight hair that generally refuses to curl, but a quality blow out definitely is worth the price and can give me a couple days of good hair. So I say definitely go for it! I recommend Drybar if you have one in your area (but be warned that blowouts are addicting haha)

Curly Tampa girl here too! Really want a blowout for my renewal. I used to go to E&J Dominican but haven’t had one done in years and would love other recommendations.

OP, like others have said a good blowout is worth the money and can even withstand a little rain. Mine used to run about $60-70. I wouldn’t bother with DIY the morning of unless you’ve had LOTS of practice and have it down cold. Too much stress that day already.

A blow out os cheaper .. i charge $50 for a wash and blowdry .. i charge $180 for a bridal updo .. i dont reccomend you do it yourself .. blowouts actually take alot of skill .. its hard on your arms also takes good dexterity . Im a hait dresser and usally use hot tools on my hair since blowing out my own hair takes about 40 mins ..
