How far in advance did you book your cake and what does this process look like? Do you do a tasting then pay a certain percentage up front? Is it like other vendors where you do a consultation so they get your vision and then you book from there? Just curious since I have my...

How far in advance did you book your cake and what does this process look like? Do you do a tasting then pay a certain percentage up front? Is it like other vendors where you do a consultation so they get your vision and then you book from there? Just curious since I have my photographer/videographer and DJ. What vendor is next? (Wedding is 1/23/2022)

    I really like this idea of take home boxes. Especially since we are out of the area and as a previous poster stated I wouldn’t want to do multiple tastings in a day, that’s asking for a stomach ache.
