Boudoir Shoot

This is an amazing shot! I wish I lived near CT or else I would hire her in a heartbeat.

I think I'm going to do a boudoir shoot as a first anniversary gift instead of a wedding gift.

I'm doing mine in about a month. I can't wait! Just bought a bunch of lingerie to try on today. Hopefully at least one piece will look okay.

I can't figure out if I am comfortable with doing one, but the photog who will be doing our wedding photos does them... so if I do it'll be after the wedding, maybe as an anniversary gift like a PP said. My question though is like where are these pictures done? My house?

I can't agree with this enough! I had the most amazing experience. It was so empowering and I have never felt so beautiful and confident in my life! I got them done in Feb and have kept it a secret since. I finished his book to give him the night before our wedding last weekend. Wedding is in less than two weeks and I can't hardly wait any longer! The way mine went was that the photographer had a private area set up in her studio and she had hair and makeup artists come in to get me all dolled up before hand. It was so much fun and well worth the money. Crossing my fingers that he likes it!

I have been considering doing this! Thank you for sharing your feedback. I can't decide whether I want to do it for a wedding gift or for an anniversary gift for our one year.

I did mine about 2 months ago and I walked out feeling so empowered! Felt like Wonder Woman!!! Awesome experience and I had an amazing photographer!! Would do it again in a heartbeat! If anyone is on long island...check out longislandboudoirphotography.com. Susan is amazing!!!
