Bouquet prices

Vanessa, on March 10, 2017 at 12:50 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 19

How much did your bouquet cost? I want to make sure I'm priced reasonably since I know nothing about floral cost. I live in Texas if that makes a difference.

Floral costs change SO much based on location, flowers chosen, bouquet size and style, who your florist is, etc.

    I can tell you:

I am in Columbus, OH and working with a DIY florist (I swear this is a thing – they're pros but coach us through the assembly of arrangements at their warehouse).

I'm having a pretty traditional roundish bouquet made with Freesia, Tulips, Hydrangea, Lisianthus and Eucalyptus

I'm getting married in April so all those flowers I mentioned are in season.

Total cost for my bouquet was around $160 – and keep in mind that's not including a pro to arrange it.

There are multiple factors to consider when it comes to florals .... location, types of flowers, and the season. Flowers that aren't in season will be more expensive. Complexity and size of the bouquet also makes a difference.

I am not in TX, I am in VA but my bouquet is running me $150. I chose flowers that were in season.

ETA: Sorry for hiding my comment, the WW app showed that I posted it twice. I guess it was just a glitch!

My bouquet is $160, which includes hydrangeas, dahlias, garden roses, brunia berries, and eucalyptus. I got other quotes that were higher than that (up to $200) so I don't think I am overpaying. Where are you in Texas? If you are in DFW I can make some great recommendations! I met with 3 different florists.

My bouquet is $75 and I'm in VA but only having a sterling silver rose bouquet which is just a fancy name for lavender roses, for my MOH, FH, BM, and both my parents including my bouquet, $230 for everything.

I'm getting married in Charleston. Mine is $170 for cascade bouquet. I didn't request specific flowers, just said whatever is in season and in my colors (wine and blush). Bridesmaids are same colors with no specific flowers requested and full round bouquets at $68 a piece.
