I have mine wrapped and hot glues. I also have the rope wire wrapped around it. It holds fine.

I'm sure there are hundreds of different ways on how to wrap your bouquet depending on the ribbon & what you want it to look like. I thought this video gave a pretty good visual on how to get it done ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ifoacsqHM7w

If I may make a suggestion, lots of brides like the idea of incorporating rhinestones bands with the ribbon. It looks so lovely and elegant. Take a look at the picture, maybe you will too! Our company sells these rhinestone bands if you are interested! Good luck!

I use green floral tape to secure the stems in place and then use your ribbon of choice. You can either braid the stems with the ribbon or use white pearl headed pins and wrap the ribbon. Start at the top of the bouquet and pin the ribbon, slowly wrap the stems with the ribbon as far down as you want the ribbon to go. Fold over the ends of the ribbon to have a finished look and then pin again.

Here is a site that also has ribbon wrapping instructions for a couple different wraps as well as other deals.

I was thinking of using the rhinestone bands as posted above. More bling the better! Smiley smile I found a really good deal on them at save-on-crafts.com
