Bouquet with blush wedding dress

So I have finally scheduled a meeting with a florist for next week, and I really have no idea what I want for flowers. My dress is blush and ivory, and my colors are blush and dusty blue. What type of bouquet would look good with a blush dress, or if any of you have any examples of your bouquets...

Also, what should I expect in my first meeting with a florist?

I absolutely love the privet berries. You could always throw in some dusty Miller's and blush flowers to match your colors

My colors are similar (burgundy instead of blush). This is the arrangement my girls will have

My dress was blush with a champagne overlay. My other color was also dusty blue and that's what my MOH wore. My bouquet was supposed to be light with blue, blush, and white flowers but the dahlias came in much brighter. But I think it came together nicely. I really loved the blue thistle.

Your colors sound similar to mine. I'm thinking succulents!

Mine will be burgundy and white with a little greenery. I also have a blush dress :-)

    LOVE OGK's ruffians.

The florist can DEFINITELY help you with ideas because s/he knows about flowers you've never dreamed of.

I gave our florist our colors and her rolodex mind went 70 different directions and she pulled together a perfect (for us) combo.

My cousin did pale pink with her blush dress and it was gorgeous

Mine was ivory blush with greenery and touches of navy-- for greenery try silver dollar eucalyptus. It kind of had that dusty look. If your dress is more blush than ivory, I'd stick with mostly ivory flowers and touches of blush and blue to give it a little contrast against your dress.

Another angle of mine. Other greenery was called "dusty miller"

@APZ thank you for the suggestions! I'm not sure what those flowers are with the darker middles, but they were in a lot of pictures I looked up. Here's one I found with ivory, blush, and some blues

I know this has been years since it was posted but this brings me some relief as I just purchased my blush dress today( although it's not a wedding gown as I decided against it for our vow renewal). I loved the dress but opted for a pink gladiolus and white bouquet (as the gladiolus was my mom's birth flower & pink was her favorite color). My dress is a bit darker but I'm so glad I found your comment. Thank you so much!
