Definitely! I think it ties them into the other colors and matches/coordinates with the flowers. I am also doing boutonnieres and corsages for grandparents and godparents, since they are special family members.

Yes we are using small liquor bottles to hold the flowers with each mans favorite liquor ( and one Tabasco bottle)

Nay. We decided against it because all of the groomsmen will most likely take their jackets off after the ceremony anyway, so it would be a waste of money for them to be worn for our 20 minute ceremony and for pictures after.
