I got a suggestion on another post to get boxed wine. What type would you recommend for the reception? How do you know how much to order? I plan to purchase the wine and hire a licensed bar tender to handle the "bar" which will have wine and beer.

Winking owl boxed wine from aldi is pretty good and cheap! They have a white and a red.

We are doing boxed wine too! My bartender actually recommended some, Black Box was one. She gave me the math, I think it was 18-20 glasses per $15 box vs 4-5 glasses per $9 bottle. Count me in. She said with our bar setup no one will even know

There is nothing wrong boxed wine. I also recommend Black Box. I worked at a Liquor Store in the wine department and that was one of the best I tried.
