Bras with strapless dress??

Does the back just have the look of a corset or is there an actual corset in there? My dress had a corset (and I'm a 34G, so very top heavy), and I was able to go without a bra, as the support from the dress was enough. You could also ask your seamstress to sew cups into the dress.

Most cups don’t provide lift and support. Boning is actually what helps so you don’t have to wear a bra, if the seamstress is able to add it to your dress

I’m a 40DDD & my dress was backless. My seamstress was able to add the cups & boning to give me the support I needed. I didn’t feel like I was about to fall out of my dress even with all the dancing!

View Quoted Comment As long as the top is fitted well, it shouldn't be an issue, but I would ask the seamstress what she recommends. I was able to go all day/night in my dress without issues. I probably got into it around 1-2pm for photos and then didn't get out of it until around midnight. I had to pull it up a few times (like with any strapless bra), but I was never afraid of any sort of inappropriate moments lol.
