Breakfast day after

CDickman, on July 21, 2019 at 9:09 PM Posted in Parties and Events 0 10
Would it be ok if we do not host a breakfast the day after but who ever wants to meet up can. Then everyone pay for themself. Like what you would do if you were meeting friends for a meal?

We're not having an official next morning breakfast. Most of us are staying in the same hotel so we're more than likely going to run into all of them anyways.

I think it sounds fun. Most of our guests live not to far away, but it would be fun to meet up with the ones who don't, like the best man, and the groomsman

I'm not hosting anything after! I'm sleeping my butt off and everyone can fend for themselves!

We didn’t host a breakfast after. We invited people to lunch and everyone paid for themselves.

It's fine if you don't host breakfast the day after. Just don't invite anyone to join you. Instead, you can let people know by word of mouth that you will be at whatever place for breakfast and they can join if they want.

Our hotel has complimentary breakfast the next morning so we will just go down there and if we bump into some people cool, but I doubt we are going to host anything the day after. We have to go home and get ready to leave for the honeymoon the next day.

I think that's totally fine, just phrase the invite to say something like "join the newlyweds for brunch at...". I think you can invite people, I'd just do it informally - no paper invites, just word of mouth, calls/texts, or put it on your website.
