This is the person I'm probably going to order my bouquet from. She has nice cascading brooch bouquets.

Miss Madeline is right (great pics, by the way). They are making a comeback in a big way in our area (NY/NJ), and I'm thrilled. They don't have to scream 90's -- believe me, our brides are not interested in duplicating the 90's. They want lush, organic, and not super structured. They want something new and different, and the cascading bouquet can be completely updated in the hands of the right floral designer.

I still love them they can be done so beautifully, however it didn't fit my vision so I will not be doing one.

I feel dated too! I loved the 90s! I love the cascading bouquet, that's why I picked one! we're going with a traditional romantic feel so it fit.

They are making a comeback! As a recent florist, I made more of them than you'd think.

I love cascade bouquets, and I really wanted one for my wedding, I am just not using one since I am petite and they kind of overwhelm me but if you look back at old wedding photos, brides have been carrying these since the Victorian era, so they are very classic, just don't go with the over the top cascade style from the 1980s.

I think cascading bouquets are beautifully vintage. When my great-grandma got married in the twenties, she and all of her sisters (bridesmaids) carried them. The photos are absolutely GORGEOUS.

I'm making a cascading brooch bouquet. and started my collection of brooches this weekend, I am doing my best to incorporate a piece of everyone in my wedding party / immediate family in there with brooches that remind me of them. And this is what mine will look like at the end. No flowers, I am however using feathers as BM bouquets and adding a few to mine since I am doing feather centerpieces. This is not mine , just my inspiration.

Honestly, yes I think they are dated and they also hide too much of the dress.
