“bridal club” ad - is it a scam??

I’m getting more worried now because they have like nothing for sale on their website. They have 3 shirts (all day sold out) and two bridesmaid bags. I feel like if it was legit there would be more items!

I just called and it went straight to a voicemail!! I’m really annoyed now!!

Found this old post. Looks like they sign you up for a membership.

ETA: I found a Reddit post. Apparently you do get your products, but there may be hidden fees added on.

Sure thing! I'd just keep an eye on your bank account for a little bit to make sure they don't try to charge you anything extra later on.

Yes they are. I ordered cuffs that were suppose to say "bride tribe" i recieve them finally and they say "bride tride." I shared my expierence with a wedding planning group on facebook. Another bride ordered cuff links that were suppose to say "suit up" instead she received "suit." There was more stories but the list goes on and on just dont do business with them.

How long did it take for you to receive your items?

I ordered $28 worth of merchandise from them on March 17th. Koosies and a t shirt. I haven’t received any notification that my order has shipped. I did get an order confirmation email but when I email customer service to check the status, it said my email couldn’t be received. I may have gotten cheated out of $28. I guess we’ll see.

I ordered stuff too in their closeout sale and it's been 3 weeks and I've heard nothing! I emailed them and it apparently went through, i received this back

I'm glad I came across this post because I jus ordered from them on April 11th during their going out of business sale.

Just curious if you ladies have received any further communication from this company? I realized I typed their email in wrong! Lol. Just sent an email to their correct email with my order number. I also messaged them on Facebook and Facebook does have a phone number listed for them.

I haven't heard anything yet. I'll give them a little longer before I ask for a refund. Luckily I ordered things far enough in advance that I didn't need them right away.

I emailed them about a week ago, once it had officially gotten closer to 4 weeks (they initially quoted 2-3 weeks), and got what I imagine to be a generic reply stating that they only had 3 people working, huge sale, blah blah blah. YOU GUYS! I just got an email this morning that my order shipped. Maybe it's all true. I ordered in March and it just shipped...way longer than the said, but maybe it's not a scam. I'll let you know when/if I get it!

I received an email this morning stating that my order is shipping out today! I ordered my items on 3/28. So ladies be patient. I emailed them at my 4 weeks mark and she responded with that they are just a team of 3 and this closing sale was a lot bigger than what they thought it would be.

I got my stuff yesterday afternoon! Not a scam, just takes forever!
