Bridal Party

There isn't an age requirement to be a bridesmaid. Just have her stand up with you in a pretty dress on the day of the wedding. I'm guessing she would love that.

I’ve seen weddings that have had a 25 year old man as a flower girl, as some that have had their grandmother(s) as the flower girl(s). I’ve also seen weddings that have had the couple’s 9 year old son be the best man. There are no issues with your goddaughter being either a flower girl or a jr. bridesmaid. If you are indecisive on which role, I would just ask her which she would prefer doing.

(Fact able me I hate odd numbers and I want It to be very traditional as possible. I’m thinking now maybe she walk down the aisle with her 3 yo brother (ringbearer) to kind of guide him.

View Quoted Comment 11 is old enough to be a junior bridesmaid, just because she's small doesn't mean you should treat her like a little kid. But having her escort a younger child would also be a great idea. It will help make sure the 3-year-old doesn't chicken out when the big moment comes!

My aunt felt the same way about me when she got married and I was around 12. She had me read a verse from the Bible and it was nice because I was still included! 🙂
