I went to my first dress appointment yesterday and while I'd never have guessed my favorite ended up being built out of separates. (Skirt, top, topper). I'm now really liking the idea of the multiple pieces because it would let me be more covered up for our mass and a little sexier at the reception. Do most stores offer this as an option? Has anyone ended up using separates and have any particular pros/cons to think about before biting the bullet and going that route?
