Hi all!

I went to a bridal show a few months ago and registered my name and phone number. I got a call today from a company called NHI International saying I won 2 wedding bands, a 3/day 2/night trip to the Caribbean, and champagne flutes. All I have to do is go to a "bridal expo" at the Holiday Inn in my city.

Has anyone every encountered anything like this? I searched them online and they appear to be a real company, but their website is odd. Does anyone know if this is a scam?

Thanks!

    SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!

So I received a similar email even though I didn't actually attend the bridal show that was held this spring they are referring to. After consulting my attorney, calling the the hotel company they stated these "all inclusive" honeymoons were with, as well as contacting the hotel they stated they were holding their "presentation" at, we determined it's ABSOLUTELY a scam. Unfortunately our contact information was either purchased or leaked, thus how "Southern Bridal Registry" based out of Nashville (not a real company) obtained this data.

Just received a call like this from a bridal show I attended this past Sunday. They said the same thing, a free trip to an all inclusive resort (viva wyndham) either in Mexico, the Bahammas, or the Dominican Republic, and anywhere in the US, gift card for wedding bands, and a choice between the champagne flutes or a canvas enlargement of our favorite wedding photo when it's ready. They also said we had to attend the cooking class to receive our gifts I got this through a phone call- when I tried to call back at first their number was disconnected but then she called me back.

Did anyone book the trip? Is this a scam?
