Can we have more details? If it is small and you can afford yo s brunch place can
be nice that is wear we had mine. Etsy has a ton of cute fun games.
    Other ideas are tea room
    someone's house
    renting a room some place.
One think I super likes they did is they all brought recipes. And wrote the done for me they had cute advice cards,
my sister also addressed all my thank you cards, labeled and stamped them it was helpful.
I would ask bride who she wants to invite if she had any vibe in mind.

I must have messed up! I thought I had typed out a lot more. Let me add to this 🤣
I'm the MOH of the bride and love her independent person very much. With bachelorette weekend with bridal party only ready to roll, I have tentatively poked the Mother of the Bride and we are both kind of planning a surprise bridal shower for the bride.
She (Bride) has initially said no shower, as she doesn't want to ask for gifts/ask for things from friends and family besides wedding attendance.
Reading other posts, I'm leaning towards having guests bring recipes/mixes in a jar recipes...ideas like that, and leave date ideas/advice/pictures for the bride/couple...
How do I get opinions and ideas from the bride without blowing the surprise?
That's my main concern, I've been looking up cute and fun ideas for a summer dessert and finger food shower, less of a full meal as this will likely be held on a hot day a couple weeks before the wedding due to Groom's family traveling in.
    Thoughts? Thank you!

Have you thought of a stock the pantry or stock the bar shower? Those are always fun and include super useful things for the bride and groom!

I love the recipe idea. I actually texted my MOH a few weeks ago and told her to add that to whatever list she has going of ideas. I love to cook and would love family recipes or favorites that everyone makes.

If she really doesn't want gifts at all, they have registries where you can register for a charity or you could put "please donate to _____ charity in lieu of gifts if you feel inclined" if she's into that sort of thing.
