So I'm doing a paper flower backdrop for my ceremony. It's going to be a huge wall, and while my mom, myself, and FMIL are all going to be working on the flowers, I'm still a bit concerned about getting enough done. So my question, would it be rude/weird/not fun at all to have tutorials, paper (maybe even pre-cut petals), hot glue, scissors, and all the things we need to make the flowers on a table at my bridal shower so that the guests there can make some of the flowers to put on the wall? Part of me thinks this is like, "hey guests, I'm too lazy to do my own DIY project, so you do it for me. K thx!" and another part thinks it's sweet and cute and an interesting way to make my guests feel like a part of the wedding. I would still be doing the bulk of the work for the wall, but I don't want any of the guests to feel like I'm using them as slave labor. Obviously I'm not going to force them into making flowers, but it would be an option. Opinions?

If you have a feeling it may rub your guests the wrong way, it will definitely cross their mind as well. I wouldn't be focused enough to follow a tutorial and do a good job while socializing.
